1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Growwithmee website and enrolling in any certification program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Certification Programs

Growwithmee provides certification programs across Project Management (PMI), Green Building & Sustainability (USGBC), Networking (Cisco), Cloud Computing (Microsoft/AWS), Information Security & Governance (ISACA) and Business & Leadership.

• Program content, format and duration may be updated periodically
• Certification is awarded upon successful completion of program requirements
• Access details are provided after enrollment confirmation

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Program fees must be paid in full prior to accessing course content, unless otherwise agreed. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of enrollment, provided minimal course content has been accessed.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, share account access, or redistribute course materials without written permission from Growwithmee.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, logos and branding are the intellectual property of Growwithmee and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Growwithmee is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or certification programs, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
